instantPano is a panorama-stitching service operated by kayaapps ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use instantPano and what we do with it.
When you create an account: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password).
When you stitch a panorama: the photos you upload, purely to process them into a panorama. Source photos are deleted from our server automatically once your panorama finishes processing — we don't keep your originals around afterward.
When you make a purchase: payment is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details — only that a purchase happened and how many credits it granted. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Account and credit records: your credit balance and a log of credit-related transactions (signups, purchases, unlocks), so your balance is accurate and we can help if something looks wrong.
We use a single functional cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
Solely to run the service: authenticating your account, processing your photos into a panorama, tracking your credit balance, and communicating with you about your account if needed.
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@kayaapps.com.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
