instantPano ("we", "us") lets you upload overlapping photos and stitch them into a panorama. Free stitches include a watermark; spending a credit removes it. By using instantPano, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Please provide an accurate email address so we can reach you about your account if needed.
You keep ownership of whatever you upload. You're responsible for having the right to use and process any photos you submit — please don't upload anything illegal, infringing, or that you don't have permission to use. Source photos are deleted from our servers automatically once a stitch job finishes; we don't claim ownership of your content and only use it to generate the panorama you requested.
Credits are purchased in bundles and used to unlock watermark-free downloads. Credits don't expire. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't handle or store your card details directly. Purchases are generally final, but if something went wrong with your order, contact us at hello@kayaapps.com and we'll look into it.
Don't use instantPano to process content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is intended to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
instantPano is provided "as is." Stitching quality depends heavily on your source photos, and we don't guarantee a particular result, uptime, or that the service will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms or the service itself over time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
